hi there, i joined a few sprees with this person: http://insert-itemname.livejournal.com/ but she has been totally just ignoring my emails regarding OOS items and refunds. she claimed to mail items out but never replied us with the RA number. i also emailed a couple of other girls in her sprees and their situation is the same. is there any way to ban or stop her? she is still sending new email updates about new sprees but totally ignoring emails regarding old sprees or items.

irresponsible seller! 6 weeks since i made payment but didn't get a refund of replacement for my lost mail, which she offered free registered mail but posted by normal mail instead. am going to lodge a report.

Not sure if I have come to the right venue to enquire about this spree organiser whom i participated in her spree. Her LJ nick is yydnass. I joined her Maz Yang spree (http://community.livejournal.com/_spreee/2630867.html?view=125669843) in July and we only received her first email informing us that items had arrived on 19 Oct 09.

Hi gals,

The items arrived. Total express shipping (EMS) and insurance charged by the seller is 2970. Total discount offered by the seller is 630 TWD. Therefore per unit shipping is 2970-630*0.04588*1.028/ 60 = $1.84 per item. Please see HERE

Local postage is just an estimate. I will refund if its excess or ask for top-up ya :)

Please make the necessary transfer (refer to last column of the spreadsheet) into my POSB saving account 001-39303-0 and email me the following details:

1. Nick for IB or Date and Time for ATM transfer (for atm transfer please keep the receipt)
2. Amount transferred
3. Transaction reference number

As promised, I've replied all email, thus for those that did not get my reply, kindly forward them to me again.

First of all would like to thank all for being so patient w me, i know tis has been dragging on for a long time. There are some major changes in my life right now, i know its not an excuse, its totally my fault, but cos of that, i dun have the energy or time to deal with the spree.

The spree was conducted before all these happened, thus i have no idea. Otherwise would definitely not have conducted them in the first place. Thereby causing such great inconvenence to all.

I know everyone had been very patient w me, really appreciate it.

And, this is the last email from her already. Till date i've sent 7 emails to her asking her if she's even going to send out our items but it's as if my emails have been lost in cyberspace. And as you can see, this whole spree has dragged for too long, and even from the arrival of the items at her place till now, its been long overdue. I'm getting worried since no matter how many emails I sent her (and that seems to be the only mode of communication with her), there's no reply. I'm afraid my items and money will just be gone with her like that. Is there any way any mod can step in to help or get her to send out the items? I can empthasize with her for whatver she's going through, but i think from then till now, it's already been more than a month. I think it's only fair to us to get our long awaited items. I hope help can be rendered here thankyou!

i participated in this spree but it was never updated. i've emailed her and commented her countless of times and there was still no update and replies. so i commented on her other sprees, after which the spree status was updated and it was cancelled. however, i did not receive any refunds or reply from her. i continued to e-mailed her and commented on the page as well.. but still no reply.

pls help me! thank you!
